Trees & Foliage Nature Study

The Woodland Chronicles: Trees & Foliage Nature Study is a three-in-one nature study designed to help children observe trees closely, understand how they grow, and notice the seasonal changes happening in the natural world.

Inside this study, your child will explore three complete tree and foliage units:

• Deciduous Trees
• Coniferous Trees
• Foliage

Through short lessons, learning pages, nature journaling, field observations, copywork, lab activities, sequencing work, and simple handicrafts, children are invited to study each topic in a way that is both beautiful and practical.

This unit is designed as a complete 3-week study, with one week each for deciduous trees, coniferous trees, and foliage, but it can also be adapted to fit your family’s rhythm. Use it for morning time, seasonal nature study, science, outdoor observation, or as a gentle addition to your homeschool week.
